WHAT ARE THE MEMBERSHIP DUES?
WIFS membership runs on an annual basis from January 1st through December 31st. New WIFS members pay a prorated amount based upon their join date. All WIFS members who opt-in for auto-renewal are scheduled for membership renewal each January 1st for both National and Chapter dues. Membership renewal is not prorated. See below for the Auto-Renewal Policy.
Membership is nonrefundable and nontransferable. ​

National Dues - $260 per year. All members are required to pay National dues.

Local Chapter Dues - Local Chapters assess their own dues rate which must be paid in addition to National dues.

HOW TO BECOME A WIFS MEMBER?

WHAT ABOUT THE AUTO-RENEWAL POLICY?
The option to enroll in the WIFS membership auto-renewal/recurring payment program is extended to all individuals except those associated with special or complimentary memberships. The member’s credit card information is securely collected, transmitted and maintained with the credit card processor. Membership for individuals who opt-in to participate in the auto-renewal/recurring payment program will be automatically renewed each January 1st at the current National and applicable Chapter dues rates. Individuals enrolled in the program are responsible for maintaining current credit card information. Failed credit card transactions will result in pending membership status until resolved.
WIFS does not maintain or have direct access to credit card information for those enrolled in the auto-renewal program. Enrolled members are responsible for maintaining current credit card information. Receipts for processed renewal transactions will be sent to the member’s email address on file. Failed credit card transactions will result in pending membership status until resolved.
Program participants will receive an email reminder, that includes information on opting out and updating credit card information, between November and December each year. Requests to opt out/cancel participation in the auto-renewal/recurring payment program must be communicated to WIFS National via email to office@wifsnational.org on or before December 21st.

Student Membership:
Allows students to join National at no charge for up to two years (students must still pay local Chapter dues if they choose to join a local Chapter). Discount does not apply to Chapter dues. Proof of full-time enrollment status is required. Download the Student Membership Application

Aspiring Professional Membership:
Provides 50% off National membership dues and is available for a one year period to women not currently employed, and who are considering pursuing a career in insurance or financial services.
